Right of revocation

 

 

You may revoke your contractual agreement without having to provide a reason for doing so within 14 days in writing (e.g. by letter, fax or email) or – if the goods are at your disposal before the end of that period - by returning the delivery in full. The deadline starts after the receipt of this instruction in text form but not prior to receipt of goods at the addressee (in case of the recurrent delivery of similar goods not prior to the first part-delivery) and also not prior to the fulfillment of our information duties according to article 246 §2 in connection with §1 Paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB and our duties according to §312e Paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. In the case of an effective revocation, the mutually received benefits are to be returned and, if applicable, any derived profits (e.g. interest) are to be returned. In case you are unable to reimburse us either in total or partially for services received, you are required to offer a compensation of equal value. This doesn’t apply if the state of the product is such as it would be in any shop after a legitimate inspection of the goods by the buyer. Any products eligible for shipping will be returned at our risk. The expenses for returning the goods have to beared by the buyer if the delivered good if the items delivered are identical with the items ordered and if the price for the items returned does not exceed 40 Euros or if you have not paid compensation or a contractual installment by the time of the rescission. Otherwise the return shipment is exempt from charges. Item not eligible for shipping will be picked up for you. Duties for the compensation of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the period begins on submission of the declaration of withdrawal or return of the items and for us upon receipt of the same.
